Greetings,

Thanks for the quick replies. The clues I saw in the archive that aren't on the site aren't very old, but it got me thinking.

Which brings me to the next questions. Is there a list of boxes that have gone missing, or are the clues simply removed? If I click on a clue link, and nothing comes up, does that mean the box is gone?

Mike    The webmasters try and keep both the index pages and the clues pages cleaned and edited as the owners request. I always try and remove both if a box goes missing and the owner says it won't be replaced.

It goes without saying that if a user finds an error or clitch or a broken link in the site, please bring it to our attention.
We have a Webmaster elist for that type of info. The general list is busy enough with clues and chat.

It's hard enough keeping the site updated with exsisting boxes and gleaned for missing boxes. It would be next to impossible to keep a missing list also. It's always good to get refreshed clues before you go out hunting. There may have been changes, like a report of the box going MIA......  Some times the reports are accurate, sometimes just an oversight.
